What I made on Dragon Boat Festival!!!

Today I want to share with you guys about what I cooked on last Dragon Boat Festival. I still remember on that day, I got up very early, and I had a strong eagerness to cook something; therefore, I asked my grandma to let me be in charge of what we ate that day.
I cooked three dishes in that morning, including fried green beans, eggplant and luffa. I also wrapped sticky rice dumplings . That was really a tough work!
This time, without my grandma’s help, I finished all the dishes by myself. First, I fried green beans with big fire, adding some garlic to make them taste more delicious. Second, I sauted eggplant with mincemeat and some green onion. And the last dish was luffa cooked with some dried shrimps.

I took a few pictures of my works and uploaded them to Facebook that day to wish everyone a happy Dragon Boat Festival, and I also received a lot of positive feedback, which really gave me a great sense of achievement! Now I want to share this again to you guys. Hope you will feel a little bit hungry after seeing the picture! :)

  1. It is an extraordinary gift for Taiwanese to create delicious dishes with common and native cooking material. Also, it becomes an essential act when it comes to festival.
I am not familiar with cooking but I enjoy staying with my mom as a small helper. It just likes magic, putting things together dramatically and something special happens. However, I believe you did much better than I, and it seems that I sense the irresistible smell of your dishes!
