After sharing some of the dishes I made these days, today, I want to share you guys what happened to me when I cooked for the first time.
I started to cook when I was in junior high school, and I still remember I felt so nervous that my hands couldn't stop shaking. My grandma patiently taught me how to cook rice omelet; however, I still couldn't do it well. I thought the most difficult part was to fry eggs. I was afraid that the oil might splash on me; therefore, as soon as I poured the egg mixture into the wok, I screamed and ran away, leaving my grandma alone to fight with the "mess" I made.
Now, I am not afraid of frying eggs anymore. Moreover, I have learned many dishes after that embarrassing experience. For me, cooking is an enjoyable thing!:-)
Hello~ I'm easy Hsu I want to share my experience about my first cook. It was in my junior high school and teacher taught me how to cook. I remembered we should fry vegetable and make a soup. Just making a simple dish and soup were boring so we decided to add some rice wine into them. When we fried the vegetable, we add too much wine. Suddenly I saw the fire bursting out of our vegetable!!! All my classmates yelled but my teacher didn't see it luckily!!!

Also, sometimes creative ideas just popped up suddenly, and that added more spices to cooking. (However, I usually mess it up!) I remember the first time I cooked happened when I was in elementary school. In class we were divided into a few groups, and after our teacher showed us the recipe for the dishes while pointed out some key points, we started to cook. Can you imagine how terrible it was when none of us had cooked before? Without a doubt, we made lots of trouble and we screamed a lot. However, I still take it as a precious memory.
